At Crawlspace Keepers, we believe homeowners deserve honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and clear communication from start to finish. Every crawlspace is different, which is why we tailor our recommendations to your home's actual conditions based on a thorough crawlspace inspection.
 

Our goal is to provide moisture-control solutions that perform as intended while treating your home with the same care and respect we would expect in our own.

Every Crawlspace Keepers installation is backed by a written workmanship warranty covering defects resulting from our installation for the warranty period specified in your proposal.

If a covered issue arises during the warranty period that is determined to be the result of our workmanship, we'll inspect the problem and correct it at no additional cost to you.

Warranty terms and duration vary depending on the scope of work, whether that's crawlspace encapsulation, drainage improvements, or dehumidifier installation.

Many of the products we install—including dehumidifiers, sump pumps, drainage components, vapor barriers, and other materials—may also be covered by manufacturer warranties.

When applicable, we'll provide the manufacturer's warranty information so you understand exactly what coverage is available for each product installed in your home.

Our workmanship warranty applies only to the services performed by Crawlspace Keepers.

Warranty coverage does not extend to conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Flooding or severe weather events 
• New plumbing leaks or water line failures 
• Foundation settlement or structural movement 
• Damage caused by pests or animals 
• Modifications or repairs performed by others 
• Failure to maintain installed equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations 
• Conditions unrelated to the work performed by Crawlspace Keepers 

Manufacturer warranties are subject to the individual manufacturer's terms and conditions.
